Strategy
The international success is based on the strategy to develop and control our activities by our head office and to carry out the scopes with our long term partners, contractors and freelance engineering specialists. With this infrastructure we are able to place our products in the globalized markets:
• Development, Basic Engineering, Project Management and Quality Control by ITWH
• Detail Engineering and Documentation by ITWH and engineering contractors from Bukarest/
Romania and Germany (freelance engineering specialists)
• Manufacturing, Coordination and Handling of bigger volumes by our contractors form Poland, Slovakaia and Romania
• Assembly by ITWH and our fitting and installation company „PMS“ in Poland
Together with our partners we develop systematically cost effiecent products with the best available state of the art technology.
